I'm driving myself crazy. This is only my "baby room to do list". I have lists for the rest of my house to.
Does anyone know the name of a good psychiatric hospital?
This is how my lists looks now.
1.
2. Paint stripes on walls
3. Redo collage wall
4. Paint other mirror
5. Paint crib
6. Paint small hutch
7. Make new crib bedding
8. Add a few pillows to the full size bed
9. Paint dresser to go in closet
10. Organize closet
11. Make a mobile
Remember my inspiration for my baby bedding here?
As stated before, I am no seamstress and I will NEVER make baby bedding again (the death of a dream *chimes* sound here). It really wasn't that it was so hard, but that it took forever and a day and I am very impatient when it comes to projects.
Here we go....
I do feel a little better now. I got too impatient on painting the crib (20 cans of spray paint into the Texas March wind will do that to you) so I wasn't thrilled with how it turned out. But I am NOT touching it now. Let's move on...
P.S. Despite my groaning and moaning, I am happy with the bedding, even though it's not just like the inspiration. My happiness also comes from the fact that I spent $30 instead of $500. That makes a body glad eh?

Girl, I understand where you're coming from! My mom & I made my middle child's bedding- ugh! No fun. But your nursery is turning out just gorgeous. You have really done a great job. The bed painting looks fabulous.
Can't wait to see it all done. And that sweet new baby :)

I love what you've done with the room and bedding! I'm about to start sewing the dust ruffle, sheets and bumper for my grandbaby's room. Gray, yellow and navy. Stop by in a couple weeks to see it!
You should relax! The nursery looks fantastic so far!! You deserve a good break from lists for a little bit! Great work and way to get it done being 7 months pregnant!!
Your nursery bedding looks wonderful, love all the ruffles!
Just too cute, love it.
I speak heart to heart with you on the lists... but, they are part of what keeps me sane (I hate to think of me without them) I love the bedding. You should be getting a contact anytime now for you to make a whole line of that kind (just think if you had to sew all of it for a show...!) At least spray paint is easier than a brush and can when it comes to spindles, I speak from experience. Great job.
When my sister was pregnant and her husband came home from work and looked around and asked "What did you do all day?", she said "Hello, I was busy growing a person today." That project pretty much trumps any other project or to-do list!
Looks so sweet! Great job!!
I think everything is turning out just lovely! You did a fabulous job on the bedding! Can't wait to see the final reveal. I'm in the midst of getting baby #2's nursery done as well, so I understand the pressure you feel. I keep telling myself "it WILL get done"!

looks adorable.
I LOVE this bedding! It is adorable!! I was just thinking the other day that I would love to update our crib bedding...wondering if I can kind of just "cover" the existing bumper? Would love to see more of how you did yours {if you ever have the energy to post about it}. You did a great job! Now, go and kick your feet up and enjoy these last couple of months!! :)
Everything in that room is absolutely gorgeous!! Nice job!
Very cute! I'm impressed!
Your nursery looks so peaceful and sweet. Good job. The bedding turned out really cute too!
That is so darling! I love it.
So adorable. You are my hero. But you knew that already.

Wow it is beautiful!
I am open mouthed with amazement!! The girl that absolutely hated the very idea of sewing and yard sales and antique stores, etc, etc. I am so proud of you!!!
It looks beautiful and I can't imagine anything prettier! Years ago I sewed the crib bedding for my niece's nursery and I swore I'd never do that again...and I never did. :-) I love how the painted crib turned out and those walls look amazing! Your to do list has a lot more lines through it than mine does!
Kat :)
What all that bedding for $30!! how did you do that.
Very pretty! Well done!
It's beautiful and very much like the inspiration photos. So sweet!!
Jill- It turned out soooo cute!!! I could have helped you... so it wouldn't have taken as long! But, I'm sure it's nice to look at and know that YOU did it yourself! Adorable!
Hi Jillian!
the bedding looks fabulous!
First, I want to give you kudos for tackling such a job in your seventh month of pregnancy. Second, I think your bedding looks spot on to your inspiration pic. You did a wonderful job with it. Lovely, just lovely!
So, this inquiring mind wants to know how you did it.
It looks beautiful! I am enjoying watching your nursery come together as we put the finishing touches on ours too! I just posted about the closet organization yesterday and have a mobile tutorial coming up later this week! Do you have ideas for your mobile yet?
The bedding is beautiful. All your hard work has paid off. I think you did a fabulous job.
I think everything looks lovely! Your bedding is stunning! You should be VERY proud of yourself!
I love the style of the bedding you made for the nursery! The room is just beautiful! Great job!
Thought of you when I made this farm house shelf, go check it out.
I think the bedding looks great. You attempted something I would have never even thought of attempting. It looks just like your taste.
LOVE the baby bedding! It is amazing! I love the raw edges. I have wanted to try something like this but wondered...do you need to do anything to the edges so they don't unravel over time? Or is there a certain types of fabrics that don't unravel with the raw edges? I'd love it if you did a post about it!
Hah! I do that too, the lists. You certainly accomplished a lot and the room looks lovely.
